Hillary Kessler, Esq. focuses her practice primarily in the areas of real estate law, probate law, estate and trust administration, business law, and estate planning. Hillary has represented multinational and international business owners and executives, professional athletes, high net worth individuals, and every day working class people in need of her services. She is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of their unique legal needs. After attending Stetson University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, Hillary earned a Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. She then went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Prior to joining Bauer Gutierrez & Borbon, PLLC, Hillary worked as a financial planner for a Fortune 100 company where she built a sizeable book of business assisting individuals, businesses, and families with meeting their financial goals, assisting with life insurance planning needs, and creating estate and retirement planning strategies.
